Centrino table

2010

Self-production: 2004 - 2010
Client: Bolia | 2010 - 2015

The centrino table is part of extensive research into wooden joints and the possibility for the user to independently assemble a high quality product, becoming part of the production process.

This object appears to be handmade, but it is actually made with CNC machinery.

The Binario table can only be assembled through its sophisticated sistem of joints. The result is an essential and immediate product. The visible joints on the table top play both a decorative and functional role and are essential to the table structure.
Having successfully resolved both the mechanical and aesthetic aspects, the entire table creates a pleasing visual effect. Once disassembled, the table takes up very little space and can be flat-packed away.
